Finding Joy on Death Row started out as a series of sermons, submitted to the Yale Center for Faith & Culture at Yale Divinity School. The sermons won first place and Pastor Dewey Williams was asked to speak at the 2018 event to share about his experience and ministry on Death Row and the “joy that is so powerful that it creates a good life in a place designated to take lives.”
